Terms & Conditions:

  • This offer is exclusive to new properties instructed to Hawes & Co by existing or new clients on or before 28th February 2025.  
  • The promoter is EAHAW Ltd (company number 08704006), registered in England at 5 Brooklands Place, Brooklands Road, Sale, Cheshire, England, M33 3SD.
  • Our Fully Managed Service is charged at 13%  plus vat/15.6% incl. VAT of the total rent. This charge is made up of an 8% plus VAT Letting fee, deducted up front based on the term of the tenancy and a 5% plus VAT Management fee, charged monthly. This promotion provides a full discount on the 5% Management Fee for the initial three months of the agreement.
  • The promotion is only valid where a minimum 12 month fixed tenancy is agreed.
  • This promotion is only offered where Hawes & Co are instructed on a sole agency basis and a To let/Let board is erected
  • This Promotion only applies to the Landlord Monthly management fee, and is not valid to any other fees such as the Deposit Registration Fee or Inventory Fee etc. A full list of landlords fees is available on request.
  • This Promotion is not valid with any other offer or promotion and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • The Promotion is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable.
