Raynes Park is ideal for families who want to live in London but still enjoy a peaceful suburban lifestyle. It has excellent transport links connecting it to central London and also has plenty of shops and eateries, but what sets it apart is its access to multiple large parks like Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park, making it a green oasis from city life.

Surbiton

The popular area of Surbiton offers highly sought after schools St Andrew’s and St Mark’s CofE Junior School, alongside many other popular schools, such as: Maple Infants School, Lime Tree Primary School and The Hollyfield School and Sixth Form Centre. The charming old buildings and leafy streets of Surbiton make it an attractive location for families, as it still has speedy links to central London, whilst also maintaining a community feel. It is walking distance to the river Thames and offers a diverse array of eateries and shops.

Wimbledon

As well as being the famously vibrant London borough we all know Wimbledon for, it is popular with families, as it is home to several highly admired state and independent schools. Worth noting are Holy Trinity CofE Primary School, and Bishop Gilpin CofE Primary School, Ricards Lodge High School and Wimbledon Park Primary School which are all extremely popular. There is also the highly regarded Kings College School and Kings College Junior School for private education, amongst many others.

World famous for its tennis tournaments, Wimbledon is a great area for tennis lovers and sporty families to live, as Wimbledon Park offers tennis courts, an athletic track, volleyball and cricket facilities.
