A great opportunity has become available in our Hawes & Co Wimbledon Village Office were we are looking for a experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team.

You will be responsible for booking and carrying out property viewings, keeping in regular communication with clients and delivering exceptional and first class customer service.

Must have own car with business use insurance cover, clean licence and know the Wimbledon area. Prefer candidates who live local to the surrounding area.

5-day week , Saturdays with a day off in lieu. Monday to Friday 08:45 till 18:00 Saturday 09:00 till 17:00

Hawes & Co Raynes Park office is looking for a Weekend Assistant

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle with business use insurance cover.

The role of Weekend Assistant is Saturdays only (9am - 5pm) and involves:

Conducting viewings
Picking up the phone/taking messages
Registering applicants
Booking viewings
Customer service
Handling keys (checking them in and out of the office)
