Whilst I have been using Hawes & Co for quite a while now firstly as a customer and now as a landlord, dealing with Hawes has always been a breath of fresh air. However, more than so dealing and liaising with both Roxy and Georgia. The speed at which they turn around the paperwork, keeping me updated with everything that is going on, to having everything ready has been second to none and totally outstanding. One of the reasons I continue to working with this agency is because of the superb staff, and Roxy and Georgia are perfect example of this. Kudos to their managers and the Wimbledon Village leadership team for ensuring that the staff are an excellent example of what greatness should be. I have also dealt with Ria and Brooke who are also both exceptional and is great to see that the leadership style and management dedication is also visible in the rest of the team. My husband and I have been working with Roxanne Ruse. After looking for a home for five months without any luck, we started speaking with Roxanne in November. We're glad to say we’ve finally sorted a place and are both happy to have found an agent who wasn’t pushy or insisting we had to compromise.
